How It Works

If you've experienced a loss, or are planning in advance, we are here for you each step of the way. Planning a funeral is an emotional and sometimes overwhelming thing and having the right information can make things easier. It is our mission to serve families in their time of need and welcome any questions you have.

  • Arrangement

    Make the arrangements online or call our care team to notify of your loved ones passing

  • Collect & Care

    We bring your loved one into our personal care after all of the arrangements have been made

  • Registration

    We register your loved one's death and obtain copies of the death certificate on your behalf

  • Cremation

    We perform a private, dignified cremation within 72 hours of receiving all permits and documentation

  • Delivery

    We return your loved one's cremated remains and death certificates to you by priority mail or hand delivery

ESSENTIAL CREMATION

This package includes:


  • Local transfer of remains from within our service area (consisting of Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Racine counties, as well as Ozaukee County south of Pioneer Road)
  • Basic services of the staff
  • Washing
  • Disinfection
  • Sheltering by Refrigeration of remains (up to 72 hours)
  • Crematory fee
  • Obituary placement on our website
  • Alternative Container
  • Black Plastic Container for cremated remains


*This does not include any visitation or ceremony public or private prior or after cremation. If you want to arrange for an Essential Cremation, you can use a basic alternative container. Basic alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials.
